Job Description
Our international client is searching for a Regional Staffing Manager for their logistics operation.  The logistics process involves the planning, control, distribution, and staffing of personnel and material.  Additionally the candidate will be responsible for developing and growing his/her own client base by marketing the services for temporary, project and/or full-time staffing solutions. The ability to provide quotes as well as negotiate bill rates is a must. A current book of business is a strong plus. 

We are seeking aggressive sales individuals from Sales Representatives up to District Managers who not only want to work for a proven company but also want to partner with the company as it grows and expands. We are searching for a candidate who is highly motivated and aggressive.
The ideal candidate will have proven success and/or the penchant for business development and negotiations. 

The chosen candidate must have excellent written and verbal skillsand must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to think out of the box and exhibit creativity and tenacity with regard to securing new business.  The chosen candidate must be able to build upon and maintain relationships with existing customers as well as generate appreciable revenue from the addition of new customers.  Salary commensurate with experience; 40k to 100k draw plus 50% commission with six figure potential.
